As a Technical Sales & Service Engineer, you will work closely with the Business Sales Team to deliver technical support for Atotech’s chemical processes and equipment at customer sites. You will be a key technical partner for customers, ensuring stable operation, continuous improvement, and efficient utilization of Atotech solutions. In this role, you will report directly to the Product Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site process setup and troubleshooting of Atotech chemical processes.
• Provide clear, well‑structured technical reports.
• Optimize and improve chemical process stability and productivity.
• Collaborate with local and global product teams to align best practices.
• Monitor and analyze chemical consumption trends to recommend actions.
• Transfer process knowledge to customers and act as a technical mentor.
