Technical Sales Officer

Job Description :

Report to: Technical Sales Manager

• Provide technical support to current customers
• Find out and develop new potential customers.
• Regularly gather market & competitors’ information, business opportunities … and report to Technical Sales Supervisor.
• Perform problem solving in both sales and technical problem. Handle all customers’ complaints.
• Maintain & develop business relationship with customers.

• Can use English, both written & verbal.
• Good in computer skill (internet, Microsoft offices...)
• Bachelor degree in chemical field, good technical knowledge in plastics / rubbers.
• At least 02 years experiences in plastic manufacturer.
• Having experiences in PVC (pipes, PVC compound...) and masterbatch application will be an advantage.
