Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a results driven sales team.Develop growth strategy/targets for assigned product line (in conjunction with applicable Sales Manager(s) for each Regional Sales/Account Manager.Coordinate commercial and technical details with promotion, demonstration, sale and deliverables for product lines(s) both pre- and post-sale.Develop and help facilitate product line training for assigned product line(s); and in accordance with Corporate training guidelines.Field travel required to support costumers, sales team, and overall product line growth/development.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesFamiliar with manufacturing practices, sanitation and industrial environment.Large scale food manufacturing.Solutions provider - ability to review processes and make recommendations on equipment and components needed for them to process the raw materials.Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM Systems (AutoCad experience).
