Job Summary
We are a leading biotech manufacturing company, specializing in the production of high-quality biotech equipment. We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team, drive technical sales across BIOAGE’s product lines, and engage with customers to translate their bioprocess requirements into BIOAGE's product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the technical sales team across regions - setting clear performance expectations and coaching the team on both technical and commercial skills.
Sales Strategy & Targets: Define and own the sales strategy, set regional and individual targets, and drive the team to achieve and exceed revenue goals for BIOAGE's bioprocessing and lab equipment lines.
