Technical Sales Engineer (KL)

Overview

Executive sales activities to get sales orders from customer after promoting and marketing company products.

Responsibilities

1. Take care of existing customers and search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
2. Develop long‑term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements.
3. Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
4. Negotiate tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
5. Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts.
6. Provide pre‑sales technical assistance and product education by delivering product training to customers.
7. Work on after‑sales support services and provide technical backup as required.
