Job Responsibilities

• Aggressive Market Hunting : Proactively identify and penetrate new business opportunities, mapping out upcoming construction, retrofitting, and industrial projects across the region.
• Consultative Specification Selling : Engage directly with MEP consultants, main contractors, developers, and building owners to present AHU technical advantages and secure our products into project specifications.
• Technical Consultation & Tendering : Review project blueprints, cooling load requirements, and schematic drawings to design optimal AHU configurations. Lead full-cycle tendering, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
• High-Level Commercial Negotiation : Conduct commercial and technical presentations, negotiate contract terms, manage margins, and see project execution through to payment collection tracking.
