EFM Sales Technical sales, Bid and Contract Management Segment - Project, Services, AMC
Identify new growth opportunities for the Technical FM business in terms of new sectors, companies, etc to be tapped.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving predefined sales targets
- Understand client needs and adopt a solution approach
- Analyse the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights/inputs
- Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory updates
- Timely submission of opportunity funnel, reports
- New Service Product Sales, Concept selling, Engineering Facility Management-End to End Engineering Services [Technical Services (O&M)- Electro-Mechanical (MEP)Railway/Metro Electrification (OHE) Project,
