Technical Resilience & Change Management Analyst

The Technical Resilience & Change Management Analyst supports the stability, recoverability, and controlled evolution of LexisNexis products, services, and infrastructure. This role helps strengthen operational resilience by coordinating continuity and recovery planning, resilience testing, impact analysis, and infrastructure change governance. The analyst works across technology, operations, security, product, and business teams to reduce service disruption, improve recovery readiness, and ensure changes are implemented in a controlled and low‑risk manner.
