Technical Repair Supervisor

Job Overview

• The Technical Repair Supervisor works under the purview of the Production Manager.
• Responsibilities include work planning, allocation of work tasks and supervising a team of Repair and Refurbishment Technicians.
• Repair Technical Supervisors need to be competent in IT hardware assembly, disassembly and troubleshooting to direct and lead diagnostics and repair activities, execute preventive and corrective action as well as perform root cause and failure analysis.
• Time and cost management and monitoring is also a key aspect of this role and the necessary training will be provided to equip the individual with the knowledge required.
• The Repair Technical Supervisor also works with the Production Manager to execute continuous improvement projects that will drive better quality resource management, productivity and quality.
