Technical Reference Support

Key Responsibilities

Generate accurate registration of brands and models following datasheets and catalogues of instruments, identifying their technical characteristics.

• Perform timely and accurate database checks and updates (to the Master Library) for brands and models of test & measurement instruments.
• Assist in maintaining the database (Master Library) in compliance with internal procedures.
• Perform support and helpdesk activities for global users of the Master Library system according to the ticket system.
• Perform ad hoc jobs as assigned by the Technical Reference Administrator.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum in Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering.
• Basic experience in Calibration or Testing of Electrical Equipment would be an advantage.
