Technical Recruiter

We are hiring Technical Recruiter to support our Fortune 500 clients in the domestic market who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates for further submissions to their team leads for various open roles for their clients they are supporting across various skills. This role involves building a strong pipeline of candidates after understanding the job requirements, analyzing the fitment of prospective candidates in terms of their areas of interest, experience, eligibility, location etc.

Location – Pune

Shift Timings: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2-3 years of experience in Domestic serving clients across PAN India.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
