Technical Recruiter

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced, high-impact recruiting team in Palo Alto, CA. This individual will run a full recruiting desk, managing the end-to-end hiring process for mission-critical technical roles. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can partner closely with hiring managers while also driving sourcing efforts, managing pipelines, and delivering top-tier candidates. This position requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to operate autonomously, and comfort working in an ever-changing, high-volume recruiting environment.
