Education Qualification:
B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc IT or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Responsible for full cycle recruiting interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions from US based clients .
Responsible for strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement .
Must Have:
Strong knowledge with US Geography, US TAX Terms and US work VISAs .
