Job Description

Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles including engineering, product, data, and IT positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
Coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
2-3 years of proven experience in technical & non-technical recruiting (in-house or agency)
