Job Description:

• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Must have worked on MSP/VMS model.
• Must have US Staffing experience in IT /Engineering / Semiconductor / Aerospace / Non IT / BP / BFSI / Marketing / Creative requirements for only worked Direct clients on W2 experience.
• Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
