Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT staffing industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of various technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.
• Proven ability to meet hiring targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics.
