Role Overview
The Tech Recruiter will be responsible for hiring top technical talent across engineering, product, data, and IT roles. This role requires strong understanding of technical skill sets, proactive sourcing strategies, and close collaboration with hiring managers to build high-performing tech teams that support business and product growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for roles such as Software Engineers, QA, Product Managers, Data Analysts, Dev Ops, and other tech positions.
Partner closely with tech hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team structure, and hiring priorities.
