**Job Duties:**
+ Utilize professional networking and sourcing technology such as Bullhorn, TextKernel, LinkedIn Recruiter Professional, Indeed, and Dice to identify, connect with, and recruit diverse IT candidates for specialized financial services projects.
+ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure all client projects are fully staffed with top talent on time.
