Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups with selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
