Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Bogotá, Hybrid (2 times per week at the office, Carrera 68A No 24B‑10, Plaza Claro Torre 2 Piso 6, Bogotá D.C., Colombia)
Compensation: ~$20–$25/hour USD (flexible)
Contract: Full-time, starting with a 6-month agreement
What you'll do:
Lead recruitment efforts for highly specialized roles in hardware, software, networking, and embedded engineering across North America
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure successful placements
Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to niche engineering talent pools, using a curiosity-driven approach
Maintain open communication with internal teams, providing updates and feedback on recruitment processes and candidate progress
Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring jou...
