Job Description

The Technical Support personnel is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all technical systems and equipment developed by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the efficient and effective delivery of all technical aspects of company-developed systems.
• Perform repair and maintenance of equipment and system peripherals.
• Assist engineers, technicians, and relevant professionals with installation, technical advice, hands-on assistance, and user training.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish IPC components, hardware system controllers, and assembly boards.
• Provide technical support for any escalated service requests.
• Perform new system installations, software upgrades, housekeeping, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Prepare system designs and technical drawings in compliance with relevant standards.
