WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Technical Property Manager, you enable and secure operations across the site portfolio by delivering optimized and high-quality facility management services that support business needs and long-term asset performance.

You will:

• Take ownership of the full Facility Management scope, including technical maintenance, utilities, cleaning, waste management, and shopfitting maintenance.
• Drive FM category management by defining strategies, steering suppliers, and securing cost and quality optimization across the portfolio.
• Lead sourcing and procurement of facility service providers.
• Secure high-quality facility service delivery through supplier management, contract follow-up, and data-driven performance tracking.
