Technical Project Manager

MS Dynamics 365 Technical Project Manager 10 Years Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and optional F&O) implementations, upgrades, and support programs.

Own project scope, plan, budget, RAID, governance, and stakeholder communication across business & IT teams. Translate business requirements into solution architecture, epics/user stories, and delivery milestones.

Manage technical teams for configuration, customization, plugins/workflows, integrations, and data migration.

Drive integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, DWH, middleware) using APIs, Azure services, and ETL tools. Ensure quality through reviews, test strategy/UAT planning, release readiness, and hypercare stabilization.

Oversee DevOps: environments, deployments, source control, CI/CD, and change management processes. Ensure security/compliance (roles, access, audit), documentation, and handover to support/operations.
