Mandatory Skills & Experience
Proven
Mobility Experience
in managing projects.
Expertise in
Making Shift Roster
and managing shift coverage for support operations.
Experience with
Effort estimation
and developing
Statement of Work (SOW) .
Strong analytical skills for
Root cause analysis .
Knowledge of
ITSM
frameworks and tools, including the use of
Fishbone diagram
and tracking
defect density .
Familiarity with managing
Shift coverage
and operating in a
24x7 Support model coverage
environment.
