Technical Project Manager

As Technical Project Manager , you will lead cross‑functional technical and operational projects that support the business growth, new product launches, manufacturing/packaging innovations, and continuous improvement across the value chain. You will oversee project planning, execution, risk/issue management, stakeholder alignment, budget control and ensure delivery to time, cost, scope, quality and sustainability goals. You will support manufacturing/co‑packing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of technical projects (e.g., NPD, EPD, new packaging roll‑out, co‑packer transitions) including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, closure
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk registers, change control processes and status reports
• Serve as the technical liaison between R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Marketing and external partners (co‑packers, suppliers)
