Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring timelines, scope, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and external stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, sprint schedules, risk registers, and delivery reports.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including requirement specifications, process flows, data mapping, ERDs, UML diagrams, wireframes, and system workflows.
