About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, work-from-office position managing critical technical projects with a focus on support and mobility.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Proven Mobility Experience in managing projects.
• Expertise in Making Shift Roster and managing shift coverage for support operations.
• Experience with Effort estimation and developing Statement of Work (SOW) .
• Strong analytical skills for Root cause analysis .
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and tools, including the use of Fishbone diagram and tracking defect density .
• Familiarity with managing Shift coverage and operating in a 24x7 Support model coverage environment.
