About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, work-from-office position managing critical technical projects with a focus on support and mobility.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Proven Mobility Experience in managing projects.
Expertise in Making Shift Roster and managing shift coverage for support operations.
Experience with Effort estimation and developing Statement of Work (SOW).
Strong analytical skills for Root cause analysis.
Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and tools, including the use of Fishbone diagram and tracking defect density.
Familiarity with managing Shift coverage and operating in a 24x7 Support model coverage environment.
