Technical Project Leader (TPL)

1. Lead and coordinate the technical development team

2. Ensure successful execution of all tasks of product development within the scope of the functional quality, time and cost objectives as agreed with the customer

3. Prepare and maintain detailed technical project plans in alignment with project manager and engineering disciplines

4. Support the definition of technical concepts

5. Coordinate technical quotations by estimating R&D efforts and material costs

6. Monitor and control engineering budget, development milestones, deliverables and resources

7. Collect, negotiate and maintain technical customer requirements

8. Lead technical risk assessments and implement lessons learned / best practices

9. Support project status reporting with complete R&D inputs

10. Provide input for technical product strategy

11. Act as technical interface towards customers
