Technical Project Developer

As Technical Project Developer, you will drive the technical development of our renewable energy projects from early-stage feasibility through to construction readiness. You will work closely with Project Managers to oversee the technical side. You might also have development projects to manage on your own. Based in Helsinki, you will work closely with our teams in Denmark (HQ) and Sweden, alongside external contractors, consultants, and grid operators. You will also be a local contact person for our existing assets.

On the technical project development side, you will take ownership of grid design, coordinating EPC involvement, while managing key stakeholders such as TSOs, DSOs, and external consultants. You will also lead civil design work, planning internal road networks across both new and existing roads together with EPC.
