Technical Program Manager - Okta Migration - LATAM Remote

Workstate is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager - Okta Migration to join our expert team in support of a high-impact identity and access management migration initiative. In this role, you will lead the migration from a legacy Okta instance to the Compass Okta environment, coordinating relationship, configuration, security, infrastructure, application, and stakeholder workstreams to ensure the transition is scalable, efficient, secure, and minimally disruptive to business operations.

As a key contributor, you will work closely with information security, infrastructure, application, product, technology operations, and executive stakeholders to plan and execute the migration, manage dependencies, evaluate technical and security risks, track progress, and drive accountability across teams.
