Key Responsibilities:
Scope: FINEOS work management, ensure FINEOS custom team is utilized to the max capacity, align work and manage work for FINEOS Custom dev and Codev to drive delivery.
Familiar with Project planning – Waterfall & Agile. Strong Agile & waterfall estimation, planning, delivery experience.
Experience driving vendor teams to deliver
Technical delivery experience – able to communicate with Developers, Cloud ops engineers and understand subject matter with core tech skills in Java, Oracle, AWS ,Devops .
Strong Verbal & Written communication - communicate issues, create plans, and communicate them independently. Communicate with global team – US, Ireland, Eastern Europe, India.
Strong sense of ownership
Overall Resource team - ~6-8 FINEOS resources
