Technical Program Manager

We need a Technical Project Manager who can Lead end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite implementation for a manufacturing organization, coordinating technical teams in India and business users in Vietnam, with limited US-time-zone meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, requirements, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate work across Oracle EBS manufacturing modules (e.G., WIP, BOM, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Order Management) and related finance/supply chain processes.
• Drive project governance: scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, meeting minutes, action logs, and decision records.
