Job Description

Technical Program Manager
Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for a rapidly growing Tax SaaS solutions company. The ideal candidate will have experience with SaaS, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure), and translating business objectives into technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and scale Technical Program Management practices.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Business teams.
Manage dependencies, risks, and releases across teams.
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency.
Address process deficiencies impacting effectiveness.
Engage with stakeholders to scope requirements.
Develop KPIs, report progress, and drive risk mitigation. 
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in TPM and/or RTE fundamentals.

Leadership in technology adoption and process improvement.

Agile methodologies experience (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Lea...
