****The Opportunity**Technical Program Management: Work closely with Engineering and Product leadership to drive various teams to plan, execute, and complete the delivery of new features, releases, and services to marketStrategic Operations: Define and deliver on KPIs for the organization, as well as driving strategic operational programsExpertise: Bringing a level of expertise in software development/QA, technical program management, product, analytics, and reporting is a requirementTooling: Experience with JIRA & Confluence for tracking and communicationTooling Proficiency: Hands-on experience with JIRA & Confluence for tracking and communication.Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.Knowledge of using Business Intelligence software to derive and analyse metrices is good to have.Familiarity working with databases is a plus (Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).
