Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for the POD, ensuring delivery quality across Azure, Security, AI, and Modern Work.
• Run delivery governance reviews and validate technical best practices.
• Maintain Rhythm of Business cadences, including POD syncs and quarterly business reviews.
• Track key KPIs and drive operational improvements.
