We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).



**Role Title:** Program Technical Owner –Varicent Modernization & Compensation Data Platform

**Positions:** 1

**Start:** ASAP

**Delivery Model:** Offshore-first with strong cross-timezone collaboration (US + India) and engagement with Europe stakeholders

Program Context: Bank compensation modernization program moving logic + data stitching upstream into an enterprise-owned Payments Data Platform to reduce dependency on Varicent’s rigid/expensive data model.
