**Overview**

The MAI Monetization organization builds the systems and experiences that monetize Microsoft's AI products and platforms — spanning Copilot, Bing, Edge, and Microsoft Advertising. We design monetization experiences that grow user engagement while delivering durable business value to advertisers, publishers, and ecosystem partners. Advertising sits at the center of this work: it is where user intent, marketplace economics, and large-scale AI systems meet.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive execution of our Ads monetization programs. This is a hands-on, product-development-oriented TPM role — not a purely operational one. You will be the execution leader who turns product intent into shipped, measurable outcomes across ad delivery, targeting and bidding, ranking, and whole-page monetization.
