Delivery is aligned to Roadmap:
Ensure effective collaboration across multiple squads and work is aligned tdeliver the product roadmap and achieve outcomes.
Ensure all work is transparent and well managed.
Provide an escalation point when and where necessary, tfacilitate effective delivery as well as removing impediments for the team.
Build, manage and execute Quarterly Plan

Resource Engagement and Procurement:
Ensure all required people (technology and business) in product and platform teams are engaged and procured in line with stakeholder expectations and Bupa processes, maintaining a proactive approach tresource management.

Regular Reporting on Delivery and flow Metrics:
Utilise agile and lean delivery metrics ( cycle time, lead time, throughput) and health metrics (engagement, quality, risk) tprovide insight and feedback on team performance in line with achievement of obje...
