Job Summary:
The Technical Product Specialist is a key member of the Product Management team. The role focuses on translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value and supporting the growth of ScriptPro’s operational, financial, and clinical automation solutions for outpatient pharmacies. The Specialist works closely with Research and Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Together, these teams develop and launch business programs, create effective customer‑facing materials for Sales, and ensure ScriptPro’s solutions consistently support customer acquisition, retention, and long‑term success.Reporting Relationship: Director, Product Management
