You will oversee the technical workflows for specific product categories and support critical functions such as cost reduction, manufacturing support, and technical innovation. Collaborating effectively across teams is crucial for achieving organizational goals and aligning with supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical oversight for assigned product category performance
• Manage the commercialization process for new product developments
• Present monthly updates in cross-functional food review meetings
• Direct project management activities, including FMEA and value stream mapping
• Collaborate on quality improvement and food safety initiatives
