Technical Process Executive

Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing.

Minimum 3 years of technical working experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitor extrusion machine performance and product quality during production. Perform process parameter adjustments to achieve stable production output. Troubleshoot extrusion defects and process-related issues. Optimize cycle time, output, and material usage.

Mould / Tooling Management

• Check mould, die head, breaker plate, screw & barrel condition before and during production.
• Ensure correct mould installation, alignment, and setup.
• Coordinate mould maintenance and repair activities when necessary.
• Monitor tooling wear and recommend replacement or refurbishment.

Machine & Equipment Support

• Support machine startup, shutdown, and product changeover activities.
