Requirements

Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree

3+ years technical process experience within an Industrial Manufacturing Environment, with strong preference for OSB manufacturing process exposure

Demonstrated success in a Technical Manager level role, maintaining Product Quality, implementing Process Improvements and managing multiple projects

Experienced managing on-site lab and process recipe

Holds Environment Health & Safety to the Highest Standard

Strong Computer Proficiency with MS Office Programs

Strong experience with utilizing Statistics and Statistical Analysis
