Role Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Presales Consultant – Digital Workplace Services to drive solutioning and technical engagement for enterprise customers. The role bridges Sales, Solution Architecture, and Delivery, supporting RFP responses, client presentations, and end-to-end workplace transformation solution design. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Desk, EUC, ITSM, Modern Workplace, Automation & AI-driven support, along with experience in enterprise managed services solutioning.
