Role Overview

You will work closely with product, technology, and business teams to ensure seamless system integrations, reliable data processing, and an exceptional customer experience across our digital channels. You will serve as the first line of technical support for platform issues, translating business rules into automated workflows and ensuring system data flows remain uninterrupted.
