TECHNICAL PLANT MANAGER

Job Summary Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Technical Plant Manager (TPM) to lead and optimize end-to-end rice milling operations, from paddy intake through to packaging. The role is responsible for diagnosing operational gaps, driving process improvements, and establishing operational excellence to support scale-up. The TPM will serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring efficient production, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
