Job Title: Technical Planner 
Job Type: Full time, 8am-5pm - Temp to Perm 
Location: Terrington St Clement - office based 
Rate of pay: £40,000 per annum 

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established property maintenance and construction business delivering repairs, voids, and planned maintenance works for housing associations and local authority clients. They manage a wide range of reactive and larger multi-trade projects and are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and efficient project coordination.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Planner to strengthen their planning and coordination team and support the successful delivery of larger multi-trade maintenance projects.
