We are looking for a Technical Performance Test Engineer to join our team in a senior-level role focused on performance and technical testing.
The position requires intermediate working proficiency in Finnish and full professional working proficiency in English, along with strong hands-on experience in performance testing.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish framework for professional performance testing, plan and execute performance testing.
⁠Explore if the solution meets performance, scalability, and capacity objectives under realistic load conditions.
⁠Provide input to SLA Monitoring and reporting of performance in operations

⁠Excellent communication — can explain technical findings to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
