Job Overview

• The job holder will operate assigned machinery and fully ensure it is maintained at all times and smoothly running to avoid any disruption in production. Align with and support all production and maintenance teams in ensuring machinery and operating at optimum.

Duties

• Start/Stop the assigned production machinery daily/routinely.

• Responsible for lube application and machine operation.

• Constantly monitor the performance of the assigned machinery to learn, record, and report any anomalies to supervisors regarding sound, speed, and functionality.

• Review downtime report from previous shift for any adverse report or hindrance.

• Assist in plant conversions and installations.

• Ensure that the Quality Assurance Department examines all samples and certifies the product prior to start of production.
