Technical Operations Support/Coordinator role supporting US daytime operations with client-facing and operational responsibilities during Philippines night shift.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries during US daytime hours.
• Support day-to-day operational processes and system configurations.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and detailed handover notes for seamless transition with the daytime team.
• Monitor dashboards and operational reports; identify and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
